In April 2025, a leading global technology solution provider reached out to Clients First to help the company through a critical transition phase as part of its longer-term strategic evolution. The company had recently emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and as a result it had significantly improved its balance sheet and financial standing. It was now time to execute a transition to include executive changes, a significant reduction in force and a reorganization. The communications for this transition needed to be planned and managed with full precision.
Clients First jumped in immediately, working closely with the company’s senior leadership team to develop the messaging that the company would deploy for all internal and external communications. Clients First then worked with the client to develop internal announcements; executive scripts for internal town halls; talking points and Q&A for employees, clients and partners; a media relations strategy; and a media holding statement. In addition, Clients First worked with the client to develop an overall momentum strategy designed to seed the market with positive company content across owned and earned media channels.
The transition phase was executed flawlessly. Employees, clients and partners accepted both the key messages and the mechanisms through which they were delivered.
